macauph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

By accessing the macauph platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the macauph platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the macauph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of macauph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the macauph platform or any affiliated gaming service.

macauph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by macauph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active macauph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. macauph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. macauph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify macauph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. macauph reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4.4 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. macauph may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance. macauph will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any inactivity fee.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. macauph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Own-Name Requirement. All payment methods used on macauph must be registered in your own legal name, matching the name on your macauph account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. macauph reserves the right to reverse any transaction and suspend any account where this requirement is not met.

5.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the macauph cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current minimums before initiating transactions.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. macauph aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the cashier page. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. macauph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by macauph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. macauph reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. macauph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. macauph reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. macauph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.

7.1 Game Integrity. All games on the macauph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, ensuring that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by macauph or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, macauph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. macauph is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

7.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with macauph support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. macauph will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of macauph's technical team, based on server-side game logs, shall be final and binding.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. macauph may impose maximum payout limits on individual games or game categories. These limits, where applicable, are displayed in the game information or terms of the relevant promotion. macauph reserves the right to withhold winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the macauph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to macauph immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the platform.

macauph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the macauph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the macauph platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of macauph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the macauph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of macauph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, macauph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

macauph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your macauph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude macauph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 Termination by You. You may close your macauph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12.2 Termination by macauph. macauph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) macauph is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) macauph reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; or (d) macauph ceases to operate the platform.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, macauph reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law and where such forfeiture is proportionate to the breach. macauph will provide written notice of any forfeiture decision and the reasons therefor.

macauph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, macauph will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the macauph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the macauph platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Where a dispute relates to a regulatory matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
